Welcome to Chaplin Pro, a project management platform designed for professional businesses. Chaplin Pro is owned and operated by 3 Inventors Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "3 Inventors").
By accessing or using Chaplin Pro (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and 3 Inventors Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including the marketing website, the authenticated portal, and any associated services.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is intended for professional project management use by businesses, freelancers, and organisations.

Chaplin Pro offers subscription-based access to its features. Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. The specific features, team member limits, and storage allocations available to you depend on your chosen plan (Solo, Growth, or Business).
Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content, data, documents, media, and materials that you upload, create, or store on the Platform ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you.
Platform IP: The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of 3 Inventors Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. For details about how we handle your data, your rights as a data subject, and our role as data controller, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3 Inventors Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Platform, other users, or 3 Inventors Ltd.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for you to export Your Content before permanent deletion, unless termination is due to illegal activity or a serious breach of these Terms.
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and governing law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
