Chaplin Pro targets high availability with proactive monitoring, alerting and capacity planning. Planned maintenance is scheduled and communicated in advance to minimise disruption to customer operations.
Production infrastructure is hosted within the European Union. Data centres implement physical security controls, access restrictions, environmental monitoring and redundancy measures.
